Refund policy

The customer experience is our #1 priority. EYS wants to make sure you feel appreciated and valued. Your impression of EYS is important to us. Our refund policy is granted within 7 days after receiving items based on the following criteria in which all 2 must be met:

1. original receipt (paper/email) or packing slip

2. product MUST be unused with original packaging
